Have we turned our backs on Rabbinic Judaism, the glue of our not so distant past. Its preplexing that our nation so steadly guided by basic tenets has suddendly turned to money and honor as the key to it's future. We squabble and dally and talk about great spiritual heights and then do a slow k-turn in the opposite direction. Carpei Diem must be declared to wake us from our reverie, we are capable of great things, we just need to believe it.
